Home Visit

Upon instruction, we conduct a home visit to thoroughly assess the claimant's disability needs and limitations within their living environment. This includes discussions with close relatives and carers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges they face at home. We evaluate accessibility in and around the property, as well as the accommodation requirements for any live-in carers.
Using advanced technology, such as 3D point cloud scanning, we capture precise measurements and develop a deep spatial understanding. Our attention to detail ensures that our reports provide solicitors with clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
Research and Analysis

We thoroughly review the medical, care, and therapy reports to assess whether the claimant's current property meets their present and future needs. If adaptations are necessary, we determine what modifications would be required to make the home suitable.
In cases where the property is found to be unsuitable, we conduct local research to identify alternative properties that may be more appropriate. This process is guided by the recommendations provided by medical and care experts to ensure the claimant's accommodation aligns with their care and therapy needs.
